Is a great site for upcoming and existing games, it gives you the chance to play games before the demos are even out sometimes depending on the game.
I've participated in numerous BETA tests, the last one being Crysis, before everyone else, it was kinda cool.
ATM they have a game called Requiem The Bloodymare, it looks quite graphic and the file is massive, so if you're into those type of games then that is an example of a BETA which can be played before they make a demo.
